I'm thrilled to finally share with you a project I've been working on for months now - The Show Up for Yourself Journal.
As many of you know, journaling literally changed my life. It allowed me to connect with the real me for the first time in my entire life, to be unedited and truly me. It was the beginning of me showing up for myself which snowballed into a transformation beyond my wildest dreams.
When I thought of releasing a product, I wanted to make it really special and somewhere for you to show up for yourself. And so the Show Up For Yourself Journal was created.
But not just any journal, I wanted to ensure that this was a keepsake. Each journal was handmade and bound in the traditional method in the heart of Dublin City and covered in Italian linen. Comprising of 112 pages of 160g ivory paper, I designed this journal to be a clean slate for you to fill with your words, sketches and scribbles.
There are three editions named after three of the most important women in my life
For my constant rock - Addrianna - Black with silver foil writing
For the most elegant lady - Eithne - Hot pink with matte black writing
For the most vibrant young woman - Shanley - Lime green with silver foil writing
